We offer a diverse range of pole fitness and movement sessions tailored to all levels and body types. From Intro to Pole for beginners to advanced and intermediate classes, we focus on building strength, confidence, and skill. Specialty classes like Twerk Dance class and Caribbean Dance class, celebrate curves, while Intro to Heels, Heels Dance class and our Yoga Pole Fusion and All Levels Yoga classes enhance grace and flow. Our Classes

Intro to Pole

Intro is the first step in your pole journey at Blesssed Body Fitness studio. You will be guided through pole basics, walks, grips, and more. Wear shorts, a t-shirt or sports bra, and barefoot or a comfortable pair of heels. Please do not wear any lotion or oil on your body, as it may cause pole slips.

Heels Dance Class

Step into your power in this fierce and empowering heels dance class. Designed to build confidence, musicality, and stage presence, this class blends elements of hip-hop, and sensual choreography. You will work on walking technique, balance, lines, floor work, and performance quality. Whether you are new to dancing in heels or looking to refine your skills, this class encourages you to tap into your sensuality, strength, and presence. Heels are encouraged but not required for beginners. Come ready to feel bold, confident, and unstoppable.

Beginner Pole

In the Beginner Pole class, participants will enhance their body awareness and strength while mastering fundamental pole techniques. This includes learning various spins, transitions, floor work, and climbing, all while ensuring a safe and effective practice. Please do not wear any lotions or oils as this will result in pole slips.

Caribbean Dance Class

Feel the rhythm and embrace the culture in this vibrant Caribbean dance class. Inspired by styles from across the islands including Soca, Dancehall, and Afro-Caribbean fusion, this class blends high-energy movement with expressive choreography. You will learn foundational steps, party moves, and performance combinations while building stamina, coordination, and confidence. This class celebrates culture, joy, and community through music and movement. Come ready to wine, groove, and leave it all on the dance floor.

Intermediate Pole

This class is for those that are able to comfortably climb, do basic inverts, and hold their body weight in the air. Please DO NOT wear lotion or oil on your body as this will transfer to the pole and cause pole slips.

Twerk Dance Class

Get ready to sweat, shake, and build confidence in this high-energy twerk class designed for all levels. This class focuses on proper technique, muscle control, and isolations while helping you build strength in your core, glutes, and legs. You will learn foundational movements, combos, and choreography that allow you to move with power and precision. Whether you are brand new or experienced, this class is about body confidence, freedom and having fun in a supportive, judgement-free space. Expect good music, good vibes, and a serious burn.

Yoga Pole Fusion

Welcome to Yoga Pole Fusion! In this class, we blend the fluidity and strength of yoga with the supportive elements of pole fitness to create a unique and empowering workout experience. Focused primarily on yoga, this class utilizes the pole as a tool to enhance your practice, helping you build strength, flexibility, and balance. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, you'll find this class accessible and inspiring. We'll explore various poses and flows, using the pole for support and resistance to deepen your stretches and refine your alignment. Join us for a fun and encouraging journey that promotes confidence, mind-body connection, and physical empowerment. Let's elevate your yoga practice together and discover the strength within you!

Open Pole

Open Pole invites participants to unleash their creativity and enhance their skills in a welcoming space. This session provides the opportunity to freestyle or practice previously learned techniques, fostering a sense of community among fellow dancers.

All Levels Yoga

Join us for an invigorating all-levels yoga class designed specifically for dancers, athletes, and anyone looking to enhance their physical performance and well-being. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance while addressing the unique needs of those who move with intention.
